Job Summary: Professional responsible for recording production data, verifying production orders, preparing reports, and maintaining organization and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain organized and up-to-date records. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ● **Record daily production data** (quantity produced, start and end times of activities, losses, rework, etc.)**;** ● **Enter data into computerized systems or control spreadsheets;** ● **Verify production orders and ensure they are executed as planned;** ● **Assist in preparing productivity, efficiency, and departmental performance reports;** ● **Report deviations or abnormalities in the process to leadership;** ● **Maintain organized and up-to-date records per company requirements;** ● **Prepare product identification labels.** ● **Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.** ● **Comply with company occupational safety regulations** (proper use of PPE and uniforms) **and good manufacturing practices** (hygiene, cleaning, and product handling)**.** Work in a slaughterhouse with an analytical profile and system-related skills.
