




* Perform primary packaging of meat cuts, either manually or with the aid of machines, ensuring correct weight, portioning, and sealing. * Identify and separate products that do not meet quality standards according to established criteria. * Supply the production line with packaging materials (films, trays, bags, labels, etc.). * Maintain the pace of the production line, adhering to defined times and movements for the task. * Strictly follow hygiene procedures, good manufacturing practices (GMP), and food safety standards. * Assist in cleaning and organizing the area, contributing to a safe and clean work environment. * Work in low-temperature environments, in accordance with the characteristics of the refrigerated sector.
