Job Description
Coordinate and manage end-to-end operational performance through the integration of KPI governance, data quality management, dashboard and control tower reporting visibility, ensuring operational efficiency, transparency, and decision-making support.
Responsibilities and Duties
* **1\. KPI Management & Performance Monitoring**
* Define, manage, and continuously improve business and operational KPIs (P\&L, cost alignment, freight accuracy, operational efficiency)
* Monitor KPI performance through defined cycles (daily/weekly/monthly)
* Analyze KPI trends to assess business health and identify operational risks
* Lead KPI review meetings and communicate insights to cross-functional teams
* Develop composite and advanced KPIs to support strategic decision-making
* **2\. Operational Process Management**
* Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end (E2E) operational processes
* Standardize workflows and ensure alignment with governance and compliance requirements
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency programs
* Ensure integration between operational processes and KPI frameworks
* **3\. End-to-End Visibility & Dashboard Management**
* Design and operate dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
* Deliver real-time operational insights and reporting visibility
* Ensure dashboard consistency and usability across departments
* Support leadership decision-making through data visualization
* **4\. Business Control Tower & Reporting**
* Operate a centralized Control Tower for operational monitoring
* Consolidate operational, financial, and KPI data into executive reports
* Manage reporting cadence (weekly/monthly business reviews)
* Coordinate communication among strategy, operations, and finance teams
* **5\. Information Quality & Data Auditing**
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness in systems
* Conduct data audits and identify inconsistencies or gaps
* Define data governance standards and enhance information reliability
* Manage system interfaces (I/F) and raw data processing flows
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering (Production, Logistics, Systems), Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields
* 3–7 years of experience in operations, logistics, strategic planning, FP\&A, or related areas
* Experience in KPI management, performance tracking, and executive reporting environments
* Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel
* Knowledge of data analysis, modeling, and transformation (SQL, Python, or similar)
* Experience with financial and operational metrics (P\&L, costs, efficiency)
* Advanced analytical capability, with skill in transforming data into strategic insights
* Experience in process mapping and improvement
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Organized profile with attention to detail and focus on information quality
Desirable Qualifications
* + Experience in logistics, supply chain, or automotive industry
+ Certifications or knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
+ Familiarity with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and system integration (interfaces I/F)
+ Experience in data governance and data quality management
+ Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
+ Project management expertise (PMP or similar)
+ Experience in predictive analytics, forecasting, and scenario building
