Brasil, 2567, Distrito Industrial – Rio Claro/SP **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Salary:** R$4\.500,00 \+ 20% insalubridade allowance **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for maintaining product transport carts, including replacing rollers, performing minor welding on ferrous materials, grinding parts, cutting with angle grinders, replacing supports, operating mechanical hoists, performing general equipment lubrication, and removing carts from production areas, * Entering service orders into the system * Monitoring area productivity and reporting production and process metrics to leadership * Working in compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the role, including welding; * Welder or plasma cutter certification; * Completed high school education; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to safety. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Attendance bonus * Operational performance bonus * On-site meals * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher or commuting allowance Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Welding (Mandatory) License/Certification: * NR 18 certification (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
