We seek a professional with an analytical and proactive profile and strong capabilities in team and process management. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate warehousing, transportation, shipping, and material receiving activities. * Ensure inventory accuracy and proper product movement. * Develop and monitor logistics performance indicators (KPIs). * Implement continuous process improvements. * Manage operational teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * Control logistics costs and support the department’s strategic planning. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, safety regulations, and internal policies. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in logistics coordination or supervision. * Knowledge of management systems (WMS/ERP). * Proficiency in metrics and analysis. * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in process optimization projects.
