**Position: Administrative Assistant – Happy Kids** **Location: Piracicaba/SP – Uninorte II Neighborhood** Happy Kids, a leading company in the operation and organization of children's events in shopping malls across Brazil, is seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic, organized individual with strong attention to detail who wishes to grow alongside our company. * **️ Key Responsibilities:** * Daily reconciliation of cash registers for children's events operating nationwide, updating control spreadsheets; * Remote support and training for cashiers; * Verification of daily closings, checking receipts, deposits, and reports; * Guidance on internal procedures and use of internal systems; * Operational and financial support to teams; * Ensuring standardization and integrity of received information. * **️ Required Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) – mandatory; * Google Drive – essential; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively within a team. * **️ Requirements:** * Personal means of transportation; * Availability to work during the following hours: * **Mon–Fri: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM** (1-hour break) * **Sat & Sun: 5:00 PM–11:00 PM** (15-minute break) * + One day off per week \+ one Sunday per month. **Salary and Benefits:** * **Salary:** BRL 2,100.00 * **Meal Allowance – Flash Card:** BRL 31.00 per working day (approx.
