We are seeking a Senior Project and Construction Implementation Analyst to join our team in Piracicaba\-SP, working 100% onsite. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:** You will serve as the liaison between GP and other project interfaces—including condominium administration, IT, security, facilities, contractors, and others—to organize and prioritize necessary activities and actions ensuring proper project progress according to scope and schedule, guaranteeing appropriate execution from mobilization through delivery and Go Live. You will ensure continuous alignment with focal points, internal interfaces, Project Management, security, condominium, and other stakeholders, ensuring integration among all involved areas. You are responsible for physical\-financial organization of deliverables, measurements, and construction progress control, supporting decision-making through consolidated and up-to-date information. You will plan the project execution cycle, align and schedule with suppliers, and conduct on-site monitoring during mobilization, implementation, service execution, and material delivery phases, ensuring compliance with scope, deadlines, and quality. You will provide support to the Technical Leader in managing and technically validating preliminary and executive projects, in approving personnel via the Bernhoeft portal, and in internal processes (e.g., protocols and system closures), as well as support the Project Manager with strategic information for physical\-financial management, supplier monitoring, and stakeholder and back-office interface. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Alignment with focal points, interfaces, GP, security, condominium, etc.; * Financial organization of deliverables; * Measurement and management of construction progress; * Alignment and planning with suppliers; * Planning of the project execution cycle; * On-site monitoring during project execution and physical monitoring during delivery and Go Live phases; * Responsibility for on-site monitoring of mobilization and implementation (service execution and material delivery); * Support to the Technical Leader in managing and technically validating preliminary and executive projects. * Support to the Technical Leader in managing personnel approval via the Bernhoeft portal. * Support to the Technical Leader in GGP and GMUD protocol/closure. * Support to the Project Manager with relevant information for physical\-financial project management and for monitoring suppliers, stakeholders, and back-office focal points. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Prior experience as a Projects and Construction Analyst, managing interventions in corporate environments; * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines; * Experience and proficiency in reading and interpreting civil engineering and architecture project documents; * Experience and proficiency with AutoCAD; * Experience acting as the interface between contractors and internal corporate clients; TECHNICAL SKILLS * Leadership to coordinate diverse project interfaces and stakeholders and define activities. * Ability to manage multiple concurrent construction disciplines. * Knowledge and experience in planning and control. * Familiarity with key standards applicable to civil engineering construction disciplines. * Knowledge of project management tools. * Knowledge of digital project modeling applications, such as AutoCAD. * Project management. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STAGES:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply; you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completing this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
