Job Summary: Professional responsible for Integrated Management Systems, monitoring quality and environmental procedures, analyzing customer complaints, and managing performance indicators. Contribution to product homologation using APQP and PAPP methodologies **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed undergraduate degree (Administration, Engineering, or related fields) * Postgraduate degree in Quality or related field preferred * Additional knowledge: MS Office Suite, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor certification * Green Belt in Six Sigma preferred * Minimum 3 years of experience in Integrated Management Systems for Quality and Environment **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute and monitor compliance with quality and environmental procedures. * Analyze and address customer complaints. * Develop, analyze, and control quality performance indicators. * Participate in meetings with customers, certification audits, and action plan follow-ups. * Ensure compliance with environmental legal requirements through the management system, in accordance with applicable legislation. * Monitor action plans for compliance with environmental legal requirements. * Contribute to new product homologation using APQP and PAPP methodologies, including FMEA development and updates, and Control Plans. * Plan, monitor, and conduct statistical studies for measurement system analysis (MSA) and capability analysis (Cp/Cpk and Pp/Ppk). * Develop SIG procedures and relevant revisions. * Actively participate in company-proposed initiatives, collaborating with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.
