The role requires a comprehensive project vision—from planning to execution—ensuring all processes proceed in an organized and integrated manner. **Main responsibilities:** * Develop and update physical and financial schedules for managed projects; * Conduct material takeoffs and quantitative spreadsheets with technical team support; * Monitor the physical and financial progress of projects in coordination with field teams and the procurement department; * Maintain constant communication with designers, supervisors, and clients to ensure technical alignment and adherence to deadlines; * Manage documents, project revisions, and technical approvals; * Support field teams and act as the technical liaison between office and construction sites. **Desired profile:** * Technical or higher education in Building Construction, Architecture, or Civil Engineering (junior level or early career); * Organized, communicative, and possessing strong logical reasoning; * Proficient in reading construction drawings and interested in construction project management; * Familiarity with Excel, Trello, or project tracking tools (internal usage can be taught).
