Our plant was established in Limeira in 2018, growing every day and offering innovative, technological, and safe helmets nationwide. **Location:** Limeira\-SP **Job Type:** CLT **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Salary:** Negotiable **Production Engineer** **About the Position** We are seeking a **Production Engineer** with an analytical, proactive, and results-driven profile, responsible for **designing, reviewing, and optimizing production processes**, ensuring higher efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. The professional will work in partnership with operations, quality, and planning departments, directly contributing to continuous production improvement and the company's sustainable growth. **Responsibilities** * Map and design production process flows; * Analyze bottlenecks and propose continuous improvement solutions; * Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor results; * Implement optimization methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.); * Create and review work instructions and operational standards; * Support projects aimed at increasing production capacity and reducing costs; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in engineering, quality, and logistics. **Requirements** * Degree in **Production Engineering**; * Experience in **process improvement and productivity analysis**; * Knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing, process mapping, and data analysis**; * Proficiency in tools such as **Excel/Power BI** and process modeling software; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt); * Experience in the plastic automotive industry sector; * Familiarity with automation tools or TOTVS ERP systems. **What We Offer** * Innovative and collaborative environment; * Opportunities for growth and development; **Benefits** * Salary advance * Pharmacy partnership * Transportation allowance * Cafeteria Work Location Limeira \- São Paulo, Brazil Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$6\.000,00 \- R$12\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Vale\-transporte Experience: * Production (Preferred)
