**Kitchen Assistant – Salad Bar (SBO)** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday – 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 2,347.58 **Benefits:** Meal allowance: R$ 201.74 and fixed tip: R$ 43.05 per month. **Job Description:** An expanding salad bar is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to work alongside the chef in preparing and assembling meals. We are looking for someone organized, agile, and eager to learn. **Responsibilities:** * Wash, sanitize, and chop vegetables, greens, and other ingredients * Assist in cooking and pre-preparation of food items * Assemble meal boxes and salads according to the establishment’s standards * Organize and maintain a clean and functional kitchen * Support the chef and team throughout all stages of production **Requirements:** * Prior kitchen experience (restaurants, snack bars, or general food preparation) * Strong organizational skills, hygiene awareness, and attention to detail * Agility and willingness to work in a dynamic routine * Ability to follow standards and procedures ***Start in January*** Employment type: Full-time CLT Work location: On-site
