Deliver training and capacity-building programs, evaluating their effectiveness and impact on organizational outcomes. Monitor and strengthen organizational culture through engagement, climate, and belonging initiatives. Conduct organizational climate surveys, analyze key indicators, and define action plans for continuous improvement. Track performance, engagement, and turnover metrics to support strategic decision-making. Act as a bridge between employees and leadership, translating human needs into business-aligned solutions. Lead recruitment and selection processes—from profile alignment through interviews, hiring closure, and onboarding. Plan and execute onboarding programs focused on adaptation, engagement, and productivity. Support talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
