**Responsibilities:** * Responsible for analyzing and improving production processes, aiming to increase quality, reduce waste and optimize resources; * Conduct time and motion studies, develop layouts and line balancing; design and execute improvement and innovation projects in processes, equipment and production methods; * Implement corrective and preventive actions, monitor prototypes and new product start-ups, ensuring productivity, quality and cost efficiency; * Collaborate with product engineering, participate in audits and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards; * Conduct training, evaluate economic aspects of production and develop solutions for cost reduction and increased industrial efficiency. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production / Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronics Engineering or related fields – Internal candidate: currently enrolled * Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement, technical drawing interpretation, basic metrology, and experience in time study analysis. **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of SolidWorks, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, and Digital Transformation.
