Job Summary: Responsible for performing and overseeing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on bakelite injection molding machines, ensuring equipment reliability and performance with autonomy. Key Highlights: 1. Perform and oversee maintenance on bakelite injection molding machines. 2. Autonomy to diagnose failures and propose process improvements. 3. Technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance. **Position Summary:** Responsible for performing and overseeing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on bakelite injection molding machines, ensuring equipment reliability and performance, with autonomy to diagnose failures and propose improvements to maintenance processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical diagnostics and perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on bakelite injection molding machines and peripherals; * Analyze mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures, performing necessary adjustments and repairs; * Assist in calibration, adjustment, and replacement of components and parts; * Conduct operational tests to validate performed maintenance; * Support production with technical adjustments to optimize machine performance; * Document activities in maintenance reports and systems; * Comply with and uphold safety regulations and best maintenance practices; * Contribute improvement suggestions for processes and equipment. **Requirements:** * Practical experience in maintenance of injection molding machines; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and machine manuals; * Technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields; * Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical adjustments. **Competencies:** * Technical autonomy in problem resolution; * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Proactivity and commitment; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
