A day in the life of a Maintenance Engineer: * Plan maintenance activities; * Apply WCM methodologies; * Perform root cause analyses; * Responsible for the creation, management, and updating of maintenance plans (preventive, predictive, corrective, and facility-related), as well as managing maintenance KPIs. Act as communication liaison and interface with maintenance and production control supervisors; * Develop and update technical procedures for maintenance activities; * Determine resources required for successful execution of predictive and preventive maintenance tasks; * Continuously review the technical scope of maintenance activities to identify improvement opportunities; * Create new KPIs and manage existing ones for technical, financial, and strategic maintenance management; * Prepare annual budget for preventive maintenance plans; * Responsible for integration between development, improvement, and new project teams with the maintenance department, executing and participating in projects.
