Job Summary: Responsible for performing tooling changes, cleaning, and corrections, ensuring adherence to the production schedule and following internal procedures of the Injection Department. Recording and updating production information Responsible for performing tooling changes, cleaning, and corrections, ensuring compliance with the production schedule based on internal procedures of the Injection Department at the Operations Center. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform cleaning of tooling after production and when tooling is available on workbenches, using specific tools; * Prepare and install tooling and/or peripherals onto machines according to the production schedule; * Perform machine cleaning resulting from compound degradation upon operator request and record this occurrence on a specific form; * Stamp and record all maintenance requests received at the factory on time-tracking forms; * Update the production self-management board after each tooling change/setup, based on pending production orders; * Maintain and record in internal documents that manage tooling organization, and identify the tooling number whenever modifications occur or new tooling is built; * Control and facilitate tooling management through pending production orders, reducing unproductive hours by managing permitted tolerances; * Keep the area clean and organized based on the 5S concept; * Ensure proper handling of tooling to prevent material damage; * Adhere to the Code of Conduct. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Prior experience in preparation and changing of plastic injection molds of varying dimensions. * Knowledge of mold handling and transportation using overhead cranes and electric/gas forklifts. **Additional Information** **Tigre Way of Working**: On-site **Work Location**: Rio Claro **Working Hours**: T3 14:00 \- 22:52, 6x2 **We care about the well\-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Citizen Company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
