




Job Summary: A professional to conduct trial runs, define and adjust injection processes, monitor molds, and train teams, with a focus on factory improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Development of factory improvements and participation in FMEA meetings **Responsibilities:** \* Conduct trial runs of new products and prepare technical reports. \* Define and adjust injection processes. \* Prepare technical data sheets and operating instructions. \* Monitor new molds until technical delivery and molds after corrections. \* Calibrate Cartesian robots (Star Seik, Dal Maschio, Sepro, Haitian). \* Quote and design robotic end-effectors. \* Evaluate mold performance and suggest improvements. \* Train and qualify manufacturing technicians. \* Address non-conformities. \* Develop factory improvements (5S, SMED, Lean Manufacturing). \* Participate in FMEA meetings. **Requirements:** \* Relevant work experience. \* Technical education in Plastics, Chemistry, Polymers, Industrial Processes, or related fields. \* Injection of PA6, PA66, PBT, PSAI, PS, and PC resins. \* Knowledge of Haitian robots. \* NR12 compliance. \* Gas-assisted injection molding process. \* Extrusion process.
