**Job Overview** We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to support and evolve the IT environment, ensuring infrastructure stability, security, and scalability, as well as technically leading strategic projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure availability, performance, and security of the IT infrastructure (networks, connectivity, and services) * Define and implement network architectures (LAN, WAN, VLANs, and security) * Lead infrastructure projects (expansions, new units, and CCTV) * Provide technical support and guidance to the support team (L1 and L2\) * Manage infrastructure and telecom suppliers * Monitor the environment and resolve critical incidents (Level 3\) * Support information security initiatives **Requirements** * Degree in Networking, Information Security, or related fields * Solid experience with network and connectivity infrastructure * Knowledge of switching, routing, VLANs, corporate Wi\-Fi, and firewalls * Experience in corporate environments with multiple locations * Experience managing suppliers and projects * Analytical mindset and systemic vision **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CCTV * Experience in logistics environments (warehouses) * Knowledge of fiber-optic networks (GPON) Work Location: On-site
