If you take **Pride in Belonging**, act with **Intelligence and Innovation**, and aim for **High-Level Results**, apply now for our open position for ***Backup Customer Service Agent*** — this is your place! **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer support via phone, e\-mail, chat, or in person during high-demand periods or when other agents are unavailable; * Assist in resolving issues and ensure uninterrupted service continuity; * Temporarily replace absent agents (e.g., vacations, leave), maintaining service quality; * Register and track service requests, ensuring accurate information and timely customer updates on request status; * Reduce backlog during call volume spikes, always adhering to established deadlines; * Collaborate with the team to identify improvements in customer service processes and participate in training to enhance service delivery. **Qualifications:** * **Completed high school education;** * Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus * Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is desirable * **Driver's License \- Category B** * **Personal Vehicle** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$1\.937,48 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have a personal vehicle?
