Our goal is to transform the experience of our business clients through secure, scalable, and innovative solutions. **About the Role:** You will act as a Staff Engineer within the Onboarding and Channels Tribe, influencing high-impact technical decisions, supporting team growth, and leading initiatives involving critical, scalable systems focused on resilience and observability. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Lead complex technical initiatives with significant impact across the PJ product ecosystem. * Guide architecture decisions, technical standards, and technological stack evolution. * Serve as a technical reference in performance, security, reliability, and scalability. * Actively participate in investigating and resolving critical incidents, promoting continuous improvement of infrastructure and processes. * Promote engineering best practices, code reviews, and quality standards definition. * Support the development of team engineers, fostering mentorship and knowledge sharing. * Collaborate with technical and product stakeholders to align strategic and technical vision. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proven backend development experience with **Kotlin** and/or **Java**, including production of mission-critical systems. * Expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Experience with cloud computing (AWS) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). * Strong knowledge of observability (metrics, logs, tracing, alerts).
