





Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: Mandatory technical skills and knowledge * Higher education degree; * Experience in management of mandatory and regulatory trainings (NRs, HSE, compliance, audits); * Experience in training governance, certifications, and audits; * Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS); * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (dashboards, reports, and indicators). Desired technical skills and knowledge * Knowledge of labor legislation and regulatory standards (especially NRs 10, 12, 13, 20, 35, etc.); * In-depth knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment); * Experience in reviewing training content and methodologies for technical/mandatory trainings; * Experience in projects simplifying workloads, formats, and certification processes. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design, review, and support learning solutions related to mandatory trainings (Regulatory Standards (NR), Compliance, Regulatory), ensuring coverage across all company businesses; * Create, review, and manage learning paths, playlists, and mandatory training methodologies within the LMS (platform); * Conduct context analysis, applicability, and compliance with regulatory standards (NRs, legislation, and audits); * Ensure portfolio management of mandatory trainings: mapping, categorization, monitoring, and data (Operational Excellence, HSE, EAB, Lubricants, Operations, Compliance, Quality, and others); * Interface with Corporate HSE and audit teams (internal and external); * Lead reviews and simplification of mandatory matrices (e.g., HSE, Quality...); * Monitor certifications in the LMS: issuance, system adjustments, validity, legislation, and process improvements; * Organize and monitor budgets, payments, and contract management for mandatory training providers; * Support trainer-educator programs (NRs, emergency brigades, risk, integrity) and technical workshops for trainer development. 2510150202241753225
