





Objectives and Challenges: Responsible for managing strategic customers in the Magazines segment (large accounts, including e-commerce). Define budgets and sales targets by physical and financial volume, considering sales history and market potential for the segment. Develop and manage the business plan for channel customers in collaboration with internal departments; Responsible for Sales Forecast and achievement of Sell In and Sell Out results for your portfolio, monitoring performance; Focus on portfolio profitability and sustainable growth, managing investment finances, annual budget control, and ROI of actions; Present action results and reports in managerial meetings; Responsible for implementing the Go-to-market strategy, following the channel strategy and optimal product mix; Monthly oversight and action; Handle delays and/or resolve customer complaints. Monitor the process to ensure customer needs are met within established timelines. Maintain control over the issuance of reports, charts, and demonstrative maps regarding the area's movements (daily and periodic); Monitor the application of prices practiced in relation to the current price list, identifying discrepancies and their impact on final results. Investigate reasons and forward to superiors for awareness and/or guidance; Prepare various reports, indicators, and demonstrative charts on the Commercial area's performance for use by Managers in result presentations, reviews, and setting new targets, etc.; Monitor product distribution to customers, focusing on orders and delivery timelines. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Advertising; Postgraduate studies will be a differentiator; Experience in Sales; Proficiency in Office Suite, Power BI, and management systems (Tovt's or others).
