Lead and organize the productive process cell through team training and qualification, distributing activities to meet production volume. **Responsibilities and duties** * Act as a facilitator in managing productive cells; * Manage production volume according to production order; * Monitor indicators to achieve established goals; * Assess input requirements; * Contribute to production flow and machine and peripheral adjustments, as well as manage sector indicators and organization of productive cells; * Perform check\-list on injection, extrusion, and RPVC machines and peripherals; * Start up and adjust machines and peripherals at the beginning of each production run according to scheduling and internal procedures; * Plan and assist with set\-up based on information provided in pending production orders, focusing this action at the start of each shift; * Assist in preparing and operating peripherals before and during production; * Assemble, label, pack, and bundle finished products and store them in specific designated locations; * Record measurement values of products according to standards on specific sector forms through reading and interpretation of measuring instruments, performing this task at intervals defined by standards and specific forms; * Assist in the preparation process of raw materials (mixing, grinding, and pulverizing) and segregation for subsequent grinding of non-conforming products and runners by executing pre\-defined tasks in internal grinding procedures and standards; * Ensure product quality through inspections during the production process and release them according to parameters established in standards; * Contribute to reducing the final product weight through intermittent weighing, as well as monitoring other indicators, recording values on specific forms, and reporting deviations to the Manufacturing Operator II; * Segregate waste generated in the sector according to procedures described in the quality and environmental management system; * Keep the work area clean and organized, practicing 5S principles; practice and encourage the code of conduct through application of concepts; * Conduct training and provide guidance on operational processes and procedures; * Assist in executing material trials and tool try-outs upon requests from maintenance and development; * Comply with general and specific safety standards in the performance of duties by following work and safety procedures; * Perform other related and inherent job activities. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed technical degree, preferably in Plastics, Chemical, or Materials. * Experience as an injection operator. **Additional information** **Jeito Tigre Work Model**: On-site **Work Location**: CORC **Schedule**: T3 14:00 \- 22:52 6x2 **We care about our Feras' well\-being and offer benefits such as:** * Meal benefit; * Year-end gift; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Citizen Company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discounts on our products; * Annual bonus (profit sharing); * Discounts of up to 50% on medications; * Health programs.
