Description: * Completed technical course in Occupational Safety; * Accredited as a Private Firefighter with the Santa Catarina State Military Fire Department (CBMSC); * Registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Familiarity with the Senior system is an advantage; * Ability to conduct mandatory training sessions and onboard new employees; * Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, organizational ability, adaptability to fieldwork, and capacity to interact across diverse departments. * Implement Regulatory Standards (NRs) in related activities. * Manage the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), Emergency Brigade, training programs, and preventive safety equipment. * Monitor and control the periodicity of mandatory training sessions, and deliver occupational health and safety (OHS)-focused training. * Validate documentation from service providers, conduct onboarding, authorize work activities, and perform inspections. * Develop work procedures, record data in the system, and maintain documentation related to the occupational safety area. * Conduct occupational health and safety inspections and provide guidance to departments, ensuring workplace safety through preventive measures. 251217020255151620
