Description: Key Responsibilities: * Managing payroll to ensure payments are processed accurately and on time; * Administering benefits, including health insurance, transportation vouchers, and meal vouchers, among others; * Advising employees on personnel administration matters, such as labor legislation, employee rights and responsibilities, etc.; * Monitoring and managing vacation time, leaves of absence, and other types of absences; * Processing employee onboarding and offboarding; * Maintaining and updating employee records. Requirements: * Experience with payroll closing processes and issuing statutory contributions (FGTS, GPS, DARF, DAE, and eSocial); * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting, or related fields; * Knowledge of SAP; * Familiarity with the Senior system is desirable.
