Cândido** Act as a Payroll Department Analyst, responsible for managing and executing payroll department processes, ensuring legal compliance, accuracy in labor routines, and efficient support to employees. **Key Responsibilities** * Process payroll, vacations, employee onboarding, and offboarding; * Calculate social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); * Perform entries, verifications, and adjustments in the electronic timekeeping system; * Submit and monitor ancillary obligations (eSocial, CAGED, DIRF); * Administer employee benefits (transportation allowance, meal/food vouchers, health plans, etc.); * Control and organize onboarding and offboarding documents; * Provide support to employees regarding labor-related inquiries and internal processes; * Control and formalize offboarding procedures. **Working Conditions** * **Materials Provided:** Computer, office supplies, and telephone extension; * **Environment:** Administrative office. **Candidate Profile — Education** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. **Competencies — Technical Skills** * Knowledge of the Brazilian Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and legal obligations (RAIS, DIRF, FGTS, INSS); * Experience with payroll processing and payroll management systems (e.g., Domínio, TOTVS, Senior); * Familiarity with eSocial and onboarding/offboarding routines; * Electronic timekeeping control and corporate benefits administration; * Intermediate Excel skills for report generation and verification. **Competencies — Behavioral Skills** * Organization and attention to detail; * Ethics and professional confidentiality; * Proactivity and problem-solving ability; * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation; * Flexibility and adaptability to change; * Time management and adherence to deadlines; * Focus on quality and results. **Preferred Qualifications (Optional)** * Experience in high-volume employee environments; * Exposure to labor audits; * Knowledge of payroll KPIs and process improvement.
