**Activities:** * **Fleet Management:** Administration of owned and outsourced fleets (light and heavy), including fuel control, maintenance, documentation, tracking, and supplier negotiations. * **Asset Management:** Control of physical inventory of movable and immovable assets, monitoring the entire asset lifecycle and ensuring integration with audits and internal departments. * **Strategic Management:** Development and monitoring of KPIs, budget preparation, and leadership of operational and administrative teams focused on planning and results. * **Cost Analysis and Control:** Monitoring performance indicators (consumption, cost per km, availability, etc.) and implementation of actions for optimization and expense reduction. * **Continuous Improvement and Sustainability:** Proposing process improvements, encouraging innovation, and developing sustainable practices in operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in fleet, facilities, and asset management; * Knowledge of management systems; * Office Suite (intermediate/advanced Excel); * Skills in contract and supplier management.
