




Job Summary: Customer service (parents and students), follow-up on requests, customer communication, scheduling visits, and recording interactions. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and communication with parents and students. 2. Support to coordinators and school leadership in various tasks. 3. Management of documents and enrollment/re-enrollment processes. Responsible for customer service (parents and students), tracking requests with coordinators, school leadership, grade secretariat, and providing feedback to customers. Communicates and negotiates with customers. **1.** Telephone and/or in-person customer service; **2.** Support coordinators and school leadership; **3.** Schedule visits; **4.** Record all interactions in the CRM system and monitor them; **5.** Handle various documents, completing all required procedures; **6.** Prepare and update spreadsheets according to instructions and collected data; **7.** Process enrollments and re-enrollments in the system; **8.** Assist and support the manager in campaigns; **9.** Present the school’s structure and unique features;
