Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by handling complaints and suggestions. Supervise store organization, including product placement, to attract customers and facilitate sales. Ensure products are in good condition and that the store maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization. Ensure all company policies and regulations are followed, including workplace safety and regulatory compliance. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Store Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, or Department Head may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
