




Job Summary: Experienced Kitchen Helper skilled in pre-preparation, cleaning, and organization, assisting with plating and inventory control under supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Support in performing basic cooking tasks The position requires working from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM Sunday through Thursday, and from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. A kitchen helper's responsibilities include food pre-preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning), maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, equipment, and utensils, assisting with plating, organizing the work area and pantries, monitoring ingredient inventory, and supporting basic cooking tasks—all under the supervision of experienced cooks and chefs. Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards is essential.
