Reception and Control of Damaged Vehicles** * Receive vehicles through 24-hour roadside assistance (tow truck) or directly from the member. * Initiate the incoming checklist process, verifying the vehicle's general condition upon arrival. * Manage vehicle entry and exit flow, ensuring control and organization of the facility space. **2. Damage Identification and Documentation** * Conduct vehicle assessment, identifying and documenting damages based on Event Analysis. * Capture detailed photographic records to support decisions regarding part repair or replacement. * Analyze photos, videos, police reports, and other documents to determine the cause of the incident. **3. Technical Vehicle Evaluation** * Inspect vehicle structure and components to determine whether items can be repaired or must be replaced. * Perform a thorough analysis to verify that reported damages are related to the collision, ensuring an accurate understanding of the event. * Support Supervisor's activities and perform other related tasks as required. **4.
