**Position Description:** The Paving Supervisor will be directly responsible for managing the field team, ensuring that paving projects (asphalt, cobblestone and interlocking) and infrastructure are executed with maximum quality, safety and within established deadlines, reporting directly to the responsible engineer. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and guide masons and assistants at work sites. * Supervise paving operations, including asphalt, cobblestone and interlocking pavement. * Coordinate earthwork activities such as subgrade preparation and compacted base. * Ensure proper construction of curbs, gutters and stormwater drainage systems. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. * Manage material usage and proper equipment operation at the construction site. **Requirements:** * Solid proven experience as a Supervisor, Foreman or team leader in paving operations. * In-depth technical knowledge of cobblestone laying, interlocking paving and asphalt pavement application. * Experience in earthworks and drainage services. * Ability to read and interpret project plans. * Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. * Valid driver's license category B or higher.
