Plan, develop, and implement new products and improvements in processes and materials, ensuring technical feasibility, quality, cost, and schedule. Act as the technical liaison between Production, Quality, and Commercial departments, ensuring that products meet the Quality, Design, schedule, and cost specifications required by customers and applicable technical standards**.** **Main Responsibilities:** Develop new products and components, from concept to final validation, considering technical and production feasibility; Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation (BOM, workflows, technical sheets, etc.); Conduct performance, durability, and adhesion tests for galvanized layers and paint, proposing improvements when necessary; Coordinate the 3D Design and Prototyping team; Identify improvement opportunities in existing products, focusing on quality, cost, and sustainability; Identify new product opportunities through analysis of Fashion Trends and Consumer Behavior research; Manage and keep updated Show Room, catalogs, and other sales tools in collaboration with the customer; Work together with Quality, Commercial, and Production departments in the feasibility analysis of new projects and customizations; **Requirements and Competencies:** Bachelor's degree completed in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Surface Engineering, or Product Development is desirable; Proven experience in product and process development in electroplating, painting, metal surface treatment industries, or similar segments; Experience with multidisciplinary projects and interaction with production and commercial areas, and knowledge of galvanization processes, electrostatic painting, surface preparation, and bath control; Scheduling of development timelines (MS Project or equivalent); Analytical thinking and focus on innovation; Organization and attention to technical details; Good communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team; Ability to work autonomously with systemic vision; Results-oriented with commitment to deadlines; Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3,600.00 \- R$5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Profit sharing * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher Education: * Bachelor's degree completed (Preferred) Experience: * Business Process Improvement (Preferred) Expected start date: 12/01/2025
