Job Summary: The professional will receive, inspect, organize and control materials, as well as handle loads and dispatch documents and materials. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of pallet jacks and forklifts. * JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ***Minimum Requirement: Completed High School Education*** ***Forklift Operator Certification*** ***Preferred: Technical Degree in Logistics or Related Fields*** Receive materials delivered by external suppliers, verifying the invoice against the purchase order, checking quantities, quality and specifications. Control and distribute PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) as well as other consumable materials. Organize, store and control stock materials, identifying and inventorying them. Transfer and verify items from the warehouse to production according to Production Orders. Update/track Production Orders upon material dispatch/completion of production. Receive empty packaging and manage Kanban for injection-molded items and others, arranging replenishment at the other facility. Handle loads using pallet jacks and forklifts. Dispatch requested materials and documents to other facilities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Actively participate in scheduled meetings; read and respond to emails and messages daily. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Ensure proper maintenance and preservation of company assets. Comply with company guidelines regarding working hours, breaks, organizational culture, use of PPEs and uniforms.
