The candidate will be responsible for the entire mechanical assembly process, ensuring precision, safety, and quality. The **Industrial Assembler** position is ideal for detail-oriented, proactive individuals with experience assembling medium- to high-complexity industrial equipment. **Responsibilities** * Assemble mechanical structures of laser cutting machines, laser welding machines, and CNC press brakes. * Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications. * Perform alignments, fine adjustments, functional testing, and assembly validation. * Install mechanical, pneumatic, and structural components according to technical standards. * Monitor assembly quality and record non-conformities. * Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance when required. * Organize tools, equipment, and the workplace. * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Collaborate with engineering, production planning and control (PCP), warehouse, and technical support departments. **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience as an **Industrial Assembler** or in similar roles. * Knowledge of industrial mechanics and ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Hands-on experience assembling machines, equipment, or metal structures. * Familiarity with pneumatics, alignment techniques, and use of measuring instruments. * Completed high school education (a technical degree in mechanics is considered a strong advantage). **Preferred Qualifications** * Specific experience with laser cutting machines, laser welding machines, or CNC press brakes. * Technical certification in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Skill in adjusting precision components. * Basic knowledge of electrical assembly. * NR-12, NR-35, or equivalent certification. **Selection Process** Our selection process is **agile, transparent, and respectful**, consisting of resume screening, a technical interview, and, where applicable, a practical test.
