Job Summary: An Architecture and Urban Planning professional to develop and coordinate projects for new developments, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and monitor massing studies for new developments. 2. Coordinate and manage architects and third-party architectural firms. 3. Ensure project alignment with objectives and technical and legal standards. Description: Requirements* * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning (active registration with CAU); * Experience in massing studies, product development, and legal projects; * Knowledge of urban legislation, zoning, master plans, and building codes; * Ability to interpret and analyze images, 3D models, and renderings; * Experience managing third-party vendors; * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (or similar), and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications* * Experience working with real estate developers or land subdividers; * Knowledge of technical and economic feasibility analysis for developments; * Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday). * Develop and monitor massing studies for new developments; * Conduct critical analysis of 3D images, electronic and physical models, ensuring consistency with product concept and company standards; * Coordinate and manage architects and third-party architectural firms; * Support the legalization and incorporation team with technical information and necessary project adjustments; * Participate in cross-departmental product alignment meetings; * Ensure projects align with business objectives and applicable technical and legal standards. 2511060202271510849
