Develop logistics optimization projects, including warehouse layouts, material flows, and internal handling. Design and implement packaging solutions for storage and movement of parts, considering safety, ergonomics, and cost-benefit. Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for new logistics solutions. Collaborate with departments such as production planning (PCP), Production, Sales, Procurement, and IT to ensure integration and alignment of logistics projects with company strategies. Use tools such as Power BI, CAD (AutoCAD/Autodesk Inventor), WMS, and TMS for data analysis, process modeling, and scenario simulation. Develop dashboards and logistics performance reports, supporting data-driven decision-making. Participate in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives, proposing scalable and sustainable solutions.
