Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals — and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and attributions** **DATA:** Location: Chapecó/Cordilheira Alta - SC Applications until: 05/21/2026 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Organize and store materials and equipment daily, identifying them and assigning their appropriate storage locations, as well as registering them in the SAP information system via PC or data collector, ensuring rational and orderly physical and system-based inventory management. * Support and conduct rotating inventory by counting physical stock, verifying system quantities, and comparing obtained figures, thereby providing information to other functional units and supporting decision-making. * Rearrange and organize materials and equipment, updating their storage locations when necessary, to maintain an orderly environment and keep the information system updated. * Inspect materials for quality and physical condition, performing segregation and applying necessary physical and system-based blocking in the specific AREA/location following technical analysis, to direct items toward rework, decharacterization, or scrap. * Report identified issues to responsible parties during material handling and physical verification, directing them to suppliers for replacement, ensuring materials conform to requirements. * Separate and deliver finished products upon request/shipment, observing quantity, deadline, location, and functional unit standards, while recording relevant stock deductions in the information system to maintain up-to-date inventory balances. * Ensure documentation of incidents affecting material receipt, storage, and delivery scheduling through issuance of nonconformance reports, per company-required procedures. * Interact with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and Common Sense management systems via information systems and regulatory compliance — including Policies, Standards, and Procedures — to contribute to business maintenance, improvement, and performance. * Move products between warehouse areas and production facilities using pallet jacks, forklifts, platform carts, and other manual equipment. * Travel at reduced speed, observe signage while operating, sound the horn, visually verify the intended route, and monitor fork mast and clamp height indicators to prevent personal accidents and product damage. * Transport various types of products according to their required technical specifications. * Perform inspections on industrial vehicles (forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks), noting any performance irregularities and forwarding them to maintenance when required. * Maintain internal and external material storage areas, contributing to preservation, cleanliness, and organization of operational areas per corporate programs implemented at the company. * Monitor, move, and unblock materials awaiting release in PA00 (units containing CONVERSAO and PRODUCAO), as needed. * Coordinate and align with the inspection team and leadership regarding shipments for billing, respecting cut-off times for release and cargo handling and release schedules. * Receive returns (F.O.), analyze, and detail conditions, weights, and required information per PTCQ or other relevant process documents. * Review material entries in the system to prevent addressing errors in both system and physical records. * Perform forklift and equipment checklists. * Use all required PPE during task execution and within all internal facilities where mandatory use is stipulated per occupational safety regulations. * Hold NR-11 certification for forklift operation. * Comply with mandatory forklift operation procedures, as well as access area protocols. * Complete available safety training courses listed in your training matrix, and only perform tasks after being authorized and qualified. * Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care. Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integration of prevention into daily routines. Encourage proper PPE usage and exercise of the right to refuse work in cases of imminent serious risk, fostering proposal of control solutions.
