Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and testing production and packaging lines, verifying auto-control programs, preparing reports, conducting data analysis, and delivering training within the department. Preparing reports and analyzing production data Description: * Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Industrial Chemistry or Food Technology, and/or completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Relevant work experience will be considered as an advantage; * Availability to work on Shift A (00:00 to 07:51\). * Perform monitoring and testing on production lines and packaging; * Verify auto-control programs, PCs, and PCCs; * Prepare reports and review production evaluation data in spreadsheets; * Conduct collection, identification, and organization of microbiological and physicochemical analyses of products; * Deliver training and assist with administrative tasks within the department. 251225020249302941
