Encouraged professional development Position for SALES ASSISTANT \- STORE On-site \- CHAPECÓ\- SC \- PULSE SHOPPING CENTER REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed high school education. \- Experience with computer applications. \- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer service. \- Availability to work during the following shifts: SCHEDULE: 1\- 09:40–14:00 \- 15:00–18:00 \- Tuesday through Saturday. Sunday: 13:50–18:00 \- 18:30–20:10 2\- 14:00–17:40 \- 18:40–22:20 \- Tuesday through Saturday. Sunday: 12:00–20:10 BASE SALARY (LOCAL COMMERCE) \+ COMMISSION ON SALES. Benefits: Life insurance, discounts at company stores, transportation allowance, and meal card. After probation period: Optional Unimed health plan and Attendance Bonus of R$200.00\. Development: After three months, you become eligible for the education incentive policy. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Provide customer service and advise on promotions and payment terms. \- Assist customers in product selection. \- Process purchases at the POS (point of sale). \- Follow inventory control and organization procedures. \- Handle merchandise receiving and returns. \- Support store social media management.
