Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing mechanical and building maintenance services, inspecting equipment, and conducting welding and metal fabrication work. Key Highlights: 1. Perform mechanical and building maintenance as required 2. Conduct technical inspections to identify faults 3. Welding work and fabrication of metal artifacts Responsibilities: * Perform mechanical and building maintenance services according to requirements and defined schedules; * Conduct technical inspections of equipment, systems, and facilities to identify faults and prevent service interruptions; * Perform welding work and fabrication of metal artifacts, including fabrication of stainless steel equipment; * Perform mechanical maintenance services, replacing damaged parts and making necessary adjustments. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Completed technical course in building maintenance, electromechanics, or construction. * Technical knowledge in mechanics, civil repairs, welding, and technical schematics.
