Serve as a technical reference for software quality We are seeking a QA Analyst – Automated Testing to build, execute, and evolve automated tests, contributing to the quality, stability, and reliability of our systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining test frameworks, analyzing test execution results, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting continuous evolution of software quality processes. Activities Description: Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks with a focus on quality, prioritizing real defect detection over scenario volume; Integrate automated tests directly into the development process and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid and actionable feedback for the team; Serve as a technical reference for software quality, supporting the definition of manual and automated testing strategies; Create and execute end\-to\-end, integration, and load test scenarios; Implement services, endpoints, and supporting solutions for automation; Analyze automated test reports and results, proposing continuous improvements; Identify and reduce recurring failures (flaky tests), increasing automation stability and reliability; Conduct code reviews of automated tests, ensuring adherence to defined best practices and standards; Monitor quality and automation metrics, supporting decision-making and process evolution; Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities related to product quality; Research and evaluate new tools, libraries, and technologies for test automation.
