Customer service and implementation of internal policies **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** **Experience Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Verify and assist the team with grain handling operations; * Verify and finalize contracts, then forward them to Finance; * Perform and verify handling operations for products to be fixed; * Conduct financial reconciliation of fixed-price handling operations; * Register daily grain prices, monitor and coordinate loading at third-party silos, execute price fixations, and transfer grains among producers; * Adjust and register bonuses; verify and close grain and firewood inventories; * Manage firewood consumption; * Develop improvements in grain handling processes; * Ensure compliance by implementing and creating internal policies to support smooth operations; * Provide customer service, issue credit notes and contracts; * Provide guidance related to the scope of this role; * Operate company vehicles (Driver's License Category B); * Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness when performing tasks; * Perform other duties of similar nature and complexity associated with this position. **General Responsibilities:** * Adhere to the company’s occupational health and safety and information security policies (including proper use of PPE); * Comply with applicable laws, regulations, procedures, and internal regulations; * Propose process improvements; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Use company-provided financial resources rationally. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Agronomy, Logistics, or related fields. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental plan, Life insurance, Meal allowance
