Job Summary: The Electrical and Automation Analyst performs technical and integrated work, supporting the commercial department and customers with product specifications, training, technical support, and diagnostics. Preparation of reports and identification of improvement opportunities The **Electrical and Automation Analyst** will be responsible for performing technical and integrated work across company departments, supporting the commercial area with product specifications, training, and technical support, as well as conducting diagnostics and sizing of electromechanical systems. Key responsibilities include: * Conducting technical diagnostics and supporting commercial opportunities; * Providing technical support for sales, marketing, and customers; * Preparing technical reports and identifying retrofit and upgrade opportunities; * Producing and supporting technical content (articles, videos, and digital materials); * Delivering in-person and online technical training; * Accompanying strategic technical visits and in\-company workshops; * Collecting and analyzing field technical data and updating the CRM; * Continuously suggesting improvements to enhance departmental efficiency; * Collaborating on organizing and standardizing departmental activities; * Supporting other departmental requests as needed; * Complying with the company's institutional guidelines.
