Job Summary: Performs production routines, handles equipment, conducts loading and unloading, operates machinery, performs first-level maintenance, and ensures workplace organization and safety. Responsibility for maintenance and organization of the workplace **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Perform routines related to production processes, scales, dryers, seed processing, cleaning (hoppers, elevator pit bottoms, yards, and other operational areas of the company); * Handle various production-related equipment; * Conduct truck loading and unloading (grains and inputs); * Operate fixed and mobile machinery as required; * Perform first-level maintenance on machinery and equipment; * Supply firewood to dryers; * Use appropriate materials to carry out tasks, ensuring organization and proper condition of such materials, following established usage procedures; * Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness when performing tasks; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position. **General Responsibilities:** * Comply with the company's occupational health and safety and information security policies (use of PPE); * Adhere to applicable legislation, regulations, procedures, and internal bylaws; * Propose process improvements; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Use company-provided financial resources rationally. **Requirements:** * Incomplete elementary education. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Fuel allowance, Dental plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher
