Description: - Provide first-level support (Service Desk/Help Desk); - Deliver technical support to users for hardware/software and operating systems; - Install and configure equipment (computers, printers) and software; - Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment; - Monitor basic operation of systems and networks; - Participate in documenting procedures and routines; - Support the team in simpler projects and implementations; - Manage cloud-based networks; - Monitor backup execution; - Configure networks, computers, peripherals, and network points; - Create user accounts on the company’s server and systems; - Control and monitor departmental records; - Quote and specify IT equipment.
