Description: * Evaluate device functionality according to performance standards; * Identify defects and their causes in electronic equipment; * Interpret electrical schematics; \- Identify electronic components; * Replace damaged components, if necessary; * Test electronic devices using precision instruments; * Demonstrate device benefits to the customer; * Assess the installation environment and conditions for the equipment or device; * Verify equipment or electronic device adjustments according to parameters; * Gather problem-related information from the user; * Correct the defect or issue presented by the equipment; * Organize tools and instruments; * Select acceptable or rejected materials; * Clean the work area using appropriate materials; * Establish internal and external functional relationships; * Participate in technical meetings with internal and external personnel; * Record incidents in reports, forms, and maintenance letters; * Describe work procedures; \- Complete technical reports; * Work under pressure; \- Interact with customers and suppliers; * Demonstrate synthetic and analytical reasoning ability; * Transfer technical knowledge to the team; * Evaluate team operational performance; * Train technicians for the role.
