Focus on technical excellence, feasibility, and operational predictability JOB: Senior Electrical Engineer We seek a Senior Electrical Engineer to work on solar energy, electrical design, substations, and BESS, with strong field presence, business vision, and discipline in processes and KPIs. Job Mission Ensure technical excellence, economic viability, and operational predictability in solar energy, substation, and electrical solutions projects, connecting engineering, construction, and commercial teams through methodology, processes, and KPIs. ? Core and Essential Functions for This Role Design, Estimate, Visit Site, Guide Teams, Support Sales, Ensure Correct Execution, Build Scalable Technical Standards ? Key Responsibilities * Development and validation of: GD photovoltaic plant designs and sizing, substations, and BESS. Technical interface with utilities and regulatory agencies ?️ Field Execution Direct field involvement, technical guidance, and leadership of installation teams. Ensuring compliance with design, standards, and best practices. Technical support during commissioning and start\-up. Technical issue diagnosis and resolution on-site ? Budgeting and Feasibility Development of detailed technical budgets. Support in defining CAPEX, OPEX, and payback. Standardization of cost criteria and technical assumptions. Direct interface with procurement for technical specification of materials ? Commercial & Free Energy Market Technical support to the commercial team (pre\-sales and complex sales). Technical and economic feasibility analysis for: GD distributed generation, self-generation, Free Energy Market, and BESS. Translating “complex technical aspects” into clear commercial decisions. ? Processes, CRM, and KPIs Follow and help improve internal processes. Disciplined use of CRM and digital tools. Development and monitoring of technical KPIs: Project efficiency, rework, deviation between design vs. construction, technical margin, utility rejection rate. Support automation and continuous improvement of the technical area. ? Technical Requirements Electrical Engineering degree, active CREA registration, solid experience with: Photovoltaic solar energy, Electrical design, Substations, Field work, Technical budgeting, Interface with multidisciplinary teams, Technical support to commercial teams, Proficiency in engineering tools, Free Energy Market; BESS exposure is a plus, Prior experience structuring technical standards and processes, Experience with automation, dashboards, and BI, History of integrated collaboration with commercial teams. ?
