




Job Summary: A professional responsible for telephone customer service, scheduling field teams, supporting staff, and administrative control, ensuring information organization and flow. Maintaining internal information organization and flow **Responsibilities:** * Handle telephone inquiries and assign service requests to field teams. * Provide support to employees by clarifying questions and recording requests. * Locate field teams and organize daily service scheduling. * Distribute work orders according to priority and operational needs. * Verify, update, and close work orders in the system. * Manage operational and administrative spreadsheets using advanced Excel features (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables, data organization). * Monitor operation- and team-related reports and KPIs. * Perform general administrative tasks using computers and internal systems. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, including department-related files and documents. * Assist with internal routines to ensure accurate and timely information flow to supervisors and management. **Requirements:** * Experience in administrative routines or team scheduling (preferred). * Strong interpersonal and clear communication skills. * Organized, agile, and detail-oriented. * **Proficiency in Excel** (mandatory). * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
