Join us in driving this transformation! **Location:** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** **** * Coordinate activities and ensure service quality and team performance; * Maintain equipment for water supply, wastewater treatment, and collection systems operational through specific processes and programs; * Contribute to sectoral operational performance improvement by proposing work procedure rationalization, equipment and/or material relocation, via interaction with related technical areas; * Coordinate execution of assembly, installation, and maintenance of control panels for electric motor starting, soft starter cabinets, frequency inverters, capacitor banks, star-delta starters, low-, medium-, and high-voltage transformers, and other equipment; * Coordinate and develop predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with current maintenance plans; * Coordinate execution of preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment assembly, electronic circuits or components, using appropriate techniques and tools, guided by specific drawings and plans. * Promote technical and process improvements; * Coordinate and guarantee emergency maintenance response; * Disseminate company management policies among teams under responsibility; * Ensure compliance with current performance indicators; * Ensure compliance with SSMQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards and procedures; * Control area costs to avoid exceeding the monthly budgeted cost; * Coordinate execution of services performed by internal teams and subcontractors; * Monitor and verify third-party service measurements; * Participate in technical meetings; * Coordinate the area, ensuring proper administration of financial, administrative, and personnel resources. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering. Relevant experience in the role and field; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; PowerBI knowledge preferred; Valid and permanent Driver’s License Category B.
